4. The Prayer of St Francis
This Celestial Sangha entry is based on the prayer of St. Francis as a means to send blessings to Earth—especially its human occupants.
We live in very challenging times as conflicts between humans are escalating, and it is having dire consequences for both humans and other sentient beings who share this planet.
The Prayer of St Francis expresses the higher qualities of human beings and by listening to the prayer and sending these positive life-affirming thoughts and feelings to Earth, you will be joining other human and celestial beings sending blessings of healing to our human family.
As you listen to the prayer imagine that you are holding the Earth in your hands. And allow the feelings that arise within you to flow to the Earth and all human beings through your “imaginary” hands.
The sound track is a composition I wrote in honor of St. Francis and written around his prayer. It is repeated three times. Total time is just under ten minutes.
