Journaling from the Non-dominant Brain
This is a means to gain insight into your sub-personalities and can help
immensely with resolving personal issues that are generated by
unconscious forces in your psyche.
How to Do This
You identify the thought-form or behavior you wish to change. Then
with your dominant hand you ask the sub-personality what its name is.
You address the sub-personality by name.
You write out questions to a sub personality (SP) that you have identified.
You ask questions of the SP with your dominant hand. If you are
ambidextrous you can use either hand.
Your sub-personality will answer your questions through your non-
dominant hand.
The writing will be squiggly or hard to decipher because there aren’t as
many neurological connections with the non-dominant hand.
You basically keep dialoging with the part until you get the insight you
want. With repeated sessions, you may be able to get the SP to change its
behavior.
For deep seated issues, it may take many sessions.
