All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, you may return it for a replacement. Otherwise, CDs are not returnable.
Please allow 7-10 business days for US orders and up to 14-21 business days for International orders, not including any delays that may occur with customs, holidays, weather, and any postal delays that may occur in your country.
If you do not receive your parcel within the times provided, or have any other problems with your order, please contact us — orders@tomkenyon.com — before filing a complaint with PayPal.

You can pay for your online purchase using the shopping cart and the PayPal system, which will take any major credit card or your PayPal membership.
If you do not wish to use PayPal, you can call in your order or Fax it to one of the phone numbers above. If you wish to fax in your order, refer to the Order Form, which can be printed out. You can, also mail in your order using the printable Order Form.
