In other words we will be separating the wheat from the husk. In this analogy, the wheat is the nourishment that arises from true and authentic interaction with the light realms. And the husk is the dogma that often obscures truth.
The authentic truth of our potential is what we are interested in. And we undertake this work to receive nourishment from the “realms of light” so that we can bring these gifts into our inner and outer worlds as human beings living in the modern world.
This work is not about religion in any sense of the word even though ancient Egypt had a vast pantheon of gods and goddesses. We are approaching this work through the lens of Archetypal Psychology. The “deities” are archetypes that embody facets of our human potential. This is, indeed, the heart of the Work—to raise our own consciousness to a level of spiritual mastery that enriches us and our relationships.
