This Intensive consists of four sessions, which were recorded live in 2013 at Symphony Space in NY, NY.
You can listen to the talks while doing other tasks. But when it comes to the sound meditations it is best if you do not multitask. Put your full focus of attention on the sounds.
Do not listen to the sound meditations in situations requiring alertness.
Stereo headphones or earbuds are suggested for the best results.

This session begins with a discussion about the art of shamanic journeying through the lens of modern neurophysiology and depth psychology. The session then proceeds into a full length shamanic journey, which guides the listener into the underworld and then into the Celestial Worlds. This is a journey, the purpose of which is to gather spiritual power.

Session 3
CD3 Track 1 10:46. This session begins with a discussion of perceived space and the Bodhisattva, Kuan Yin, who hears the suffering of the world.

Tom referred to Yeshe Tosygal as the originator of the Chod, when in fact it was one of her reincarnations, known as, Machig Labdron, who created this tantra.
After you have completed the course, you may find it helpful to selectively listen to some of the sound meditations at bedtime so as to stimulate deeper insights while in dreamtime.
