2) The second posting regarding the upcoming Meditation is titled, “The Aethos and Non-dual States of Consciousness.” Reading both is helpful to the meditation.

3) You will find a link to the sound being offered to support this meditation at the end of the posting “The Aethos and Non-dual States of Consciousness.”
