The Multiverse Sound Meditation

Listening instructions
At the first strike of the bowl, recall the feeling of appreciation or gratitude. It does not matter what the source of this feeling is so long as it is the actual emotion of appreciation or gratitude.
This coherent emotion of appreciation or gratitude is an important anchor that guarantees that you will enter the higher levels of the Multiverse. Do not proceed with the sound meditation until you have successfully entered one of these coherent emotions (i.e., appreciation or gratitude). After you have entered into the feeling of appreciation or gratitude, imagine and feel yourself surrounded by a large open space. It is important to feel the sense of this imagined space rather than just thinking about it or visualizing it as these will not generate a felt-sense of space. It is your kinesthetic felt-sense of space that will fully activate the potentials of this meditation.
After you have joined a coherent emotion such as appreciation or gratitude and the kinesthetic felt-sense of a large open space, allow your felt-sense of spaciousness to expand to include your entire universe and all other innumerable universes in the vast and infinite Multiverse. Imagine this expansion in whatever ways that feel natural to you.
Let yourself completely rest in the coherent emotion of appreciation or gratitude as your Mind resides within the Multiverse and allow yourself to receive the many blessings and energies that will be extended to you from highly elevated and enlightened beings when you consciously enter the Multiverse in a state of high coherency (i.e. appreciation or gratitude).
You can extend your listening sessions, if you wish to do so, by simply repeating the sounds of the meditation as many times as you wish. Stereo headphones or ear buds are strongly suggested so that the sounds of the meditation are your primary auditory input. Do not practice this meditation in situations requiring alertness since your attention must be turned inward for the meditation to be successful. And generally speaking psycho-navigating the Multiverse is not possible if your attention is split between inner and outer perceptual realities.
