The Explorum
A Hathor Planetary Message and Sound Meditation
The Explorum is a sound exploration combining sound codes from the Hathors and the Arcturians. These are gentle transformational codes that can produce healing responses within your body/mind as well as generate mental states conducive to psycho-navigation.
The Explorum is an experiment in consciousness, specifically, it is a means to explore how you can generate self-healing states of body and mind as well as explore other dimensions of consciousness.
In the beginning phases you don’t actually do anything. Rather you simply rest your awareness in your bodily awareness. The operative words here are “rest your awareness.” This has nothing to do with concentration. It is about relaxing and resting in the sonic field generated by the Hathors and the Arcturians. The sound codes are a gift from the light-realms, and if you work with this on a regular basis it will reveal to you extraordinary vistas and possibilities.
When your mind wanders from bodily awareness just bring your attention back to your body.
This is the basic sound meditation.
Note: Stereo headphones, earbuds or a good stereo sound system are highly recommended to receive the full complexity of the sound codes. Do not listen to this in situations requiring alertness such as driving or operating machinery. While the Explorum can generate healing states of body and mind, it is not a medical treatment.
Once you get the feel of how the energies move throughout your body you can direct them to any area of your body that you wish to explore/heal.
Subtle energies, like those generated by the sound meditation, follow your awareness. Thus all you need to do is gently focus on an area of your body where you wish to send transformational and healing energies.
Once you get the feel of how to work with the meditation in the ways described above you can explore an advanced form of practice by activating the Star-Gates in your body.
Current estimates about the number of cells in the human body range from 1 to 3 trillion cells. Any of these cells can become a Star-Gate (i.e, portal) through which you can explore other dimensions of consciousness as well as other worlds throughout the cosmos.
Any of the chakras in your body are also potential Star-Gates. When using your chakra system as a portal the Hathors strongly suggest using your upper chakras, either your heart chakra, throat chakra or your crown chakra. Opening Star-Gates using your lower chakras could transport you to the lower astral realms and could potentially be counterproductive unless you are a highly experienced psycho-navigator.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
The union of Hathorian and Arcturian sound codes has created a sound field rich with possibilities for self-exploration and self-healing. I am impressed by both the depth that this meditation can access as well as its gentleness.
My Hathor mentors informed me that there will be future Hathorian/Arcturian sound codes to be released. And these will be highly catalytic energy transformers. These energetically intense sound codes will be released during significant planetary transitions.
