Lotus of the Heart: An Hathorian Sound Meditation

“We call this meditation Lotus of the Heart. The focus of the meditation is on the physical heart for your heart is a massive generator of electromagnetic fields and light that affect your brain, your mind, and extend way beyond the confines of your physical body.
There are many Hathor voices in this sound meditation They are communications from the higher light realms and together they create a vortex of light and energy.
Emerging from the physical heart is something called the Vagus Nerve and, at a subtle level, there is a continual conversation between your heart and your brain. When you do the meditation you will feel a shift taking place in your brain, an increase of coherency through the conduit of the Vagus Nerve.
The method is simple. While listening to the sound meditation your focus is on the physical heart. If your mind wanders simply bring it back.
The meditation is about nine minutes long. In that time there will be several increases of coherency and a feeling of calmness, happiness and perhaps even bliss.
Our suggestion is to work with the meditation regularly until you get to the point where you can create coherency just by remembering the feeling you experienced during the meditation. That is the basic method, very simple.
Healing Trauma and Negative Memories
There is another method you can explore after mastering the basic meditation. This method allows you to heal traumas and difficult memories. This method requires that you have mastered coherency, first, so that you can heal deeper levels of your distress.
You begin the meditation as normal. After you have listened to it one time you purposely make contact with a trauma or a negative memory while listening to the sound meditation again.
It is important that as the memory or trauma arises in your mind and body you remain in the feelings of coherency— love, gratitude and/or appreciation.
This will set up an oscillation between your trauma, your negative memory and the coherency. It is as if you are watching your trauma or negative memory from a distance, from a mountain top, so to speak, the mountain of love, appreciation and/or gratitude.
Each time you go through this you will decrease the intensity of your trauma or negative memory. They will begin to affect you less and less until they are no more.
You undertake this healing, not just for yourself, but for the collective as well, for you are connected to all life.”
