The Immunity sequence is about 20 minutes long. There are two parts. The first part is highly catalytic, and lasts about twelve minutes, while the last portion is both calming and integrative, taking around eight minutes. On the CD version, the complete Immunity sequence is repeated three (3) times so that the user can work at the deepest levels possible.
